Luke Belding, a grade 12 athlete from </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Sussex</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Regional</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High School</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> organized a walk out yesterday afternoon, and had sent around a petition for the students to sign. He said they have sent e-mails to the Minister of Education, but there has been no reply. Adam Reicker is a student that does not play school sports, but is heavily involved in the student council and he was speaking with the Minister of Education at a leadership seminar and Kelly Lamrock said it’s up to Gale Jefferys who is the president of the Dairy Town Classic whether or not the tournament is a go. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">     </span>Gale Jefferys said it’s not his decision it’s the committees decision, Jefferys believes the students were not fighting the Dairy Town Classic, his understanding was that it was a walk out for athletics and that it was happening across the province yesterday.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span></span></span></p>

Two other ATV’s were at the scene when police arrived. The driver of the ATV involved in the accident was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. Alcohol was believed to be a factor and the investigation is continuing. One of the other ATV drivers at the scene has been charged with impaired driving and will appear in court at a later date. </span></span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sometime between the evening of Wednesday October 15th and the morning of Saturday October 18th, and act of vandalism occurred at the Three Bears Campground in Penobsquis. In total between 10 and 15 campers and sites were victimized. Citizens and lot owners are upset at this random senseless act of vandalism.
